LansonAI is an AI-based audio transcription and translation platform providing

the following core services:

Features and Services

Audio/Video Transcription: Convert audio and video files into text format,

supporting 100+ languages.

Multilingual Translation: Translate transcribed text into other languages,

supporting multiple language pairs.

Real-time Transcription: Provide real-time speech-to-text services, suitable

for meetings, live broadcasts, and other scenarios.

Text Editing: Built-in editor allows you to view, edit, and refine

transcription results.

File Management: Cloud storage for your audio files and transcription text,

with different storage periods based on subscription plans.

Export Functions: Support export in multiple formats (TXT, DOCX, PDF, SRT,

VTT, etc.).

Speaker Identification: Automatically detect and distinguish different

speakers in audio.

Custom Glossary: Allow adding industry-specific terms to improve

transcription accuracy.

API Access: Provide programmatic access interfaces for enterprise users.

Integration Services: Integrate with third-party applications and services

(such as cloud storage, project management tools).

Account Registration: To use certain service features, you need to create an

account. When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date

information.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of

your account password and for all activities that occur under your account.

Account Types: We offer personal accounts and enterprise accounts.

Enterprise accounts may have additional terms and conditions specified in

separate enterprise service agreements.

Age Requirements: You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services.

Minors should use the Services under parental or guardian supervision.

Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Lanson Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any

express or implied warranties.

No Guarantee of Transcription Accuracy: While we strive to provide

high-quality transcription services, we do not guarantee the accuracy,

completeness, or reliability of transcriptions.

No Guarantee of Service Availability: We do not guarantee that the Services

will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lanson and its affiliates, directors,

officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect,

incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of

the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law

provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall

be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located

in Los Angeles County, California.

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time.

Significant changes will be notified through one or more of the following

methods:

• •Displaying a pop-up notification upon login
